At ateedude.com, we strive to provide the best quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a request.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
✅ Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
✅ Defective/Damaged Product: If the product has printing defects, damages, or manufacturing issues.
✅ Size Issue (Exchange Only): If the size does not fit, you can request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
🚫 Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Used, washed, or worn items.
- Minor colour variations due to different screen resolutions.
- Orders with customization/personalization.
2. Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Raise a Request
- Email us at ask@ateedude.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Provide your order ID, images of the product (showing the defect or issue), and a brief explanation.
Step 2: Approval & Pickup
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable).
- In some cases, you may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
- Items must be in unused condition with original tags & packaging.
Step 3: Inspection & Processing
- After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, we will process the exchange or refund as per your preference.
3. Refund Policy
✅ Refunds are applicable for:
- Orders that cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability.
- Orders that are lost in transit.
🚫 Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- Size-related issues (only exchanges are allowed).
- Delayed deliveries due to courier/logistics issues.
Refund Timeline
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a store credit/voucher instead of a cash refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
