At ateedude.com, we strive to deliver high-quality products to your doorstep as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, and important terms regarding order fulfilment.


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time:
    • Once an order is placed, it takes 1–2 business days for processing, printing, and packaging.
    • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
  • Order Confirmation:
    • After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
  • Order Tracking:
    • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery:
    • Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
    • Non-Metro Cities: 7-10 business days
    • Remote Areas: 10-14 business days
    • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
  • Shipping Partners:
    • We use trusted third-party logistics services, courier providers, for order fulfillment.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Charges will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Free Shipping: Available on select orders (e.g., orders above ₹549 or during promotions).
  • Express Shipping: If available, additional charges will apply.

4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship PAN India to the most serviceable pin codes.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.

5. Order Delays & Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at ask@ateedude.com with your order ID.
  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses, unforeseen circumstances, or courier delays.
  • In case of non-delivery due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged shipments

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours or your local courier office.
  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with images.
  • Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after a courier investigation.

7. Changes to the Shipping Address

  • You can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting our support team.
  • Once an order is shipped, address modifications are not possible.
