At ateedude.com, we strive to deliver high-quality products to your doorstep as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, estimated delivery times, and important terms regarding order fulfilment.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time:
- Once an order is placed, it takes 1–2 business days for processing, printing, and packaging.
- Orders are processed Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays).
- Order Confirmation:
- After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
- Order Tracking:
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.
2. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Estimated Delivery:
- Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 7-10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10-14 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
- Shipping Partners:
- We use trusted third-party logistics services, courier providers, for order fulfillment.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Charges will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.
- Free Shipping: Available on select orders (e.g., orders above ₹549 or during promotions).
- Express Shipping: If available, additional charges will apply.
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship PAN India to the most serviceable pin codes.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
5. Order Delays & Issues
- If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at ask@ateedude.com with your order ID.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect addresses, unforeseen circumstances, or courier delays.
- In case of non-delivery due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged shipments
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbours or your local courier office.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with images.
- Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after a courier investigation.
7. Changes to the Shipping Address
- You can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting our support team.
- Once an order is shipped, address modifications are not possible.
