At ateedude.com, we strive to provide the best quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a request.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
Defective/Damaged Product: If the product has printing defects, damages, or manufacturing issues.
Size Issue (Exchange Only): If the size does not fit, you can request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).

🚫 Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Used, washed, or worn items.
  • Minor colour variations due to different screen resolutions.
  • Orders with customization/personalization.

2. Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Raise a Request

  • Email us at ask@ateedude.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Provide your order ID, images of the product (showing the defect or issue), and a brief explanation.

Step 2: Approval & Pickup

  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable).
  • In some cases, you may need to self-ship the product to our return address.
  • Items must be in unused condition with original tags & packaging.

Step 3: Inspection & Processing

  • After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, we will process the exchange or refund as per your preference.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable for:

  • Orders that cannot be replaced due to stock unavailability.
  • Orders that are lost in transit.

🚫 Refunds are NOT applicable for:

  • Size-related issues (only exchanges are allowed).
  • Delayed deliveries due to courier/logistics issues.

Refund Timeline

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a store credit/voucher instead of a cash refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not been processed.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
