• Prepaid Preference: Choose the prepaid option to avoid a handling fee of INR 100 per product, which applies to COD orders.
• Refund Process:

  • COD Orders: Refunds are issued as credits in your Ateedude Wallet.
• Proof of Condition: We strongly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order. Ensure all stickers and labels are intact; this video serves as essential proof in case of any missing or damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without this evidence, processing returns or refunds may be difficult.
• Exchange Terms: Exchanges are subject to stock availability and can be initiated only once per product.
