1. Orders & Payments
🔹 How do I place an order?
👉 Simply browse our collection, select your favorite design, choose the size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
🔹 What payment methods do you accept?
👉 We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available at the moment.
🔹 Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
👉 You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once processing starts, cancellations are not possible.
2. Gift Cards & Store Credits
🎁 Do you offer gift cards?
👉 Yes! We offer Ateedude Gift Cards, which make the perfect gift for any occasion. Choose your amount, and we’ll email the digital gift card to your recipient.
🎁 How can I redeem a gift card?
👉 Just enter the gift card code at checkout, and the amount will be applied to your order.
🎁 Do gift cards expire?
👉 Yes, our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
🎁 Can I use multiple gift cards on one order?
👉 Nope! Only one gift card can be used per order.
🎁 Are gift cards refundable?
👉 Sorry, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Shipping & Delivery
🚚 How long will it take to receive my order?
👉 Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 5-7 business days
- Non-Metro Cities: 7-10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10-14 business days
🚚 How do I track my order?
👉 Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also check the status on our website.
🚚 Do you offer international shipping?
👉 Nope, we currently ship only within India. Stay tuned for updates!
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
🔄 What if I receive a defective or wrong product?
👉 No worries! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email us at ask@ateedude.com within 7 days with videos/photos, and we’ll arrange a return/exchange.
🔄 Can I exchange my t-shirt if the size doesn’t fit?
👉 Yep! If the size doesn’t fit, we offer an exchange (subject to availability). Returns for size issues are not accepted, so make sure to check our size chart before ordering.
🔄 How long does a refund take?
👉 Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days and credited to your original payment method. COD orders get store credit instead of cash refunds.

👕 What material are your t-shirts made of?
👉 Our tees are 100% premium cotton, designed for comfort and durability.
👕 Will the print fade after washing?
👉 Nope! Our prints are high-quality and long-lasting, but follow the care instructions to keep them fresh.
👕 Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
👉 Not yet, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for updates.
